This section describes the procedures for handling the site used by the company in regard to handling the personal data of the users who visit and consult the site. In accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 Code for the Protection of Personal Data (the "Code") the company intends to inform those who interact with the services offered by this site, accessible on internet at the address: corresponding to the home page of INVER S.p.A. con unico socio.

Location of data handling procedures

the data handling connected with the web services of this site take place at the above head office of the company INVER Sp.A. con unico socio. The information services connected with the management of the site have been outsourced to Via dei Mille 5 - Bologna and are handled only by personnel assigned to data handling, or to persons with specific authorisation issued by the party responsible or manager of personal data handling.
The personal data provided by the users who send requests for informative material to be sent (price lists, leaflets etc.) are used for the sole purposes of the service or the requests made and are communicated to third parties only in the cases in which this is necessary for this purpose in compliance with the compulsory requirements of art. 25 comma 2 of the Code.

Navigation data

On consulting this website, INVER S.p.A. con unico socio could acquire some personal data for which transmission is implicit in the use of the communication protocols of Internet (including, by way of example and not exhaustively, IP addresses, the dominion names of the computers used by the users who connect to the site, etc). This data is used in order to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site, to check its correct functioning and to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical crimes that could damage the site.

Cookies are not used for the transmission of information of a personal nature, nor are persistent cookies (systems for tracing users) of any kind used. The use of session cookies (which are not memorised permanently on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of the session identity information (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe efficient exploration of the site. The subjects to which the personal data refers have the right at any time to obtain conformation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know the content and origin, to check its accuracy or request additions or updates or corrections in accordance with art. 7 of Legislative Decree n.196/2003.
